Update on 02/11/2023:
We have decided to delay the work at lock 70 by 1 week. This is to allow craft stuck at lock 69 passage through, before we close the canal again.
The works at Lock 67 & 68 will be delayed too.
The new dates for these works are the 13th November 2023 through to the 22nd December 2023.

A stoppage is required to carry out some repairs to the top gate, which will include mitres and quoins.
