NAVIGATION CLOSURE (8am Tuesday 2 January until 4pm Friday 23 February 2024)
We would like to advise you of this additional stoppage to the Winter Works Programme. Contractors working on behalf of Reading Borough Council will be carrying out essential repairs to the bridge parapets.
They will be working at this location from the 2nd January 2024 through to the 23rd February 2024.
The canal will be closed to navigational traffic during this time but the towpath will remain open.
