The navigation and towpath will remain open. Contractors Onsite will be installing a fabric dam and scaffolding to facilitate the inspection of the canal basin and the canopy/building on the offside of canal.
Boaters will be allowed to pass causing minimal disruption to the canal network. Signage will be utilised to manage canal traffic, care should be taken whilst passing through this section.
