The tree has now been removed from the navigation and from the towpath.
Normal service resumed.
RESTRICTION (9.30am Saturday 1 October 2022 until further notice)
A tree has fallen down and is partially blocking the navigation. Boat passage is possible with care.
This is located between bridge 114 and Lock 27.
The towpath is also shut.
Vegetation contractors have been requested to attend site to clear.
