A boat gathering, Langley Mill Boat Rally, organised by Erewash Canal Preservation & Development Association is taking place between 4pm on Friday 26th May and 5pm Monday 29th May.
The Rally will use a section of the canal between Langley Mill Swing Bridge 36 and Anchor Lane Bridge, 27.
The canal will remain open although there may be congestion and slight delays with limited access to service point and last winding point at Anchor Bridge. Please proceed with care and follow the guidance of the stewards/safety boats.
A mooring restriction from Anchor Bridge to Langley Bridge, including above the lock will be in place from Friday 19 May to Wednesday 31 May.
