ADVICE (Monday 25 September until Monday 16 October 2023)
Between the 25th September and the 16th October, third party contractors will be carrying out the installation and removal of Water Vole survey equipment.
This will take place near Broad Street Footbridge, Long Eaton, along the Erewash Canal.
A small inflatable boat, launched from the towpath, is required to access the works locations.
The towpath and navigation will remain open, but towpath users are to be aware of increased activity and boaters are asked to proceed with care.
