Black Country Museum Todds End Customer Service Facility
Update on 09/11/2023:
The showers remain closed while we complete our customer service facilities review. While this means that toilets behind the same door here have also been locked off from boaters’ use, there is another toilet here still accessible.

Update on 01/06/2023:
The problem with the showers is substantial, and they both require replacement. We don’t currently have the budget for this, and while we review our options at this facility, they will remain closed.
Apologies for the inconvenience, we hope to be able to provide a further update soon.
ADVICE (12noon Tuesday 14 March 2023 until further notice)
Both showers are not currently working as they should and only delivering cold to luke warm water.
This has been reported to our contractors, so please bear with us whilst we get these issues resolved.
