Most of the barrels have been retrieved, a few are remaining however are not obstructing navigation and will be collected as soon as possible.
RESTRICTION (9.45am Tuesday 31 October 2023 until further notice)
We have been made aware that a number of empty beer barrels and oil containers have been thrown into the Canal. Please slow down on approach.
We will update this notice once they have been retrieved.
