Update on 30/03/2023:
The works at the Boat Inn are nearing completion. The pontoon will remain in place until the scaffolding has been removed. Please approach with caution and be prepared to follow any instructions given by the contractors.
RESTRICTION (8am Wednesday 4 January until 5pm Friday 31 March 2023)
Third party contractors will be removing a leaning tree and carrying out demolition and building works on the offside of the canal at the Boat Inn.
A temporary pontoon will be used for access and safety reasons. Warning signs will be in place and banksmen will be used during installation and removal of the pontoon and during felling of the tree.
Please be advised that the moorings in the area will be suspended during the works.
