Bridge 32, Wharf St Railway Viaduct
ADVICE (Wednesday 26 July until 8pm Wednesday 2 August 2023)
Please be advised that third-party contractors will be onsite at Bridge 32, Wharf Street Railway Viaduct on the Ashton Canal to support the Trans-Pennine Electrification Scheme.
The third-party contractors, working for Network Rail will be installing the overhead line equipment wall bracket on the elevation of the railway viaduct using a tower scaffold.
Whilst the towpath and navigation will remain open we politely request all customers to approach the area with caution.
Please take note of the signage and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors onsite.
