Please be advised navigation remains closed at Lock 18 on the Ashton canal, due to a damaged cill.
Our local team and engineers are planning to start the repairs tomorrow.

Our local team and engineers have been informed and have been to site; Initial investigations are complete, and we are now planning a method of repair; a further update will be provided on Tuesday 11th April.
