TOWPATH CLOSURE (7am Monday 17 April until 7pm Friday 29 September 2023)
Please be advised third-party contractors will be onsite to carry out replacement cladding works of a third-party owned building, Jutland House on the Ashton canal.
As a result, the third-party towpath will be closed to all users between from the westside of the Jutland Street Road Bridge and east side of Paradise Wharf Footbridge, however, signage displaying a diversion route will be in place on both approaches to the works.
Whilst the canal will remain open to navigation, moorings will be prohibited due the adjacent works.
We politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors onsite.
