The tree obstructing the towpath has been cleared and the path has reopened and is safe to use.
TOWPATH CLOSURE (11.15am Sunday 30 January until 5pm Monday 31 January 2022)
A tree has fallen across the path during Storm Malik.
Our Operations Team will be on site on Monday 31st January 2022 to remove the tree and reopen the path.
