As you enter the boat from the tug deck, behind you is the kingsize bed behind the tig deck. To your right are two ikea pong chairs facing the flat screen tv mounted on the wall to your left. Continuing past this you have the Morso Squirrel stove to the right of the walkway, and cupboard storage to the left.
As you continue down the boat you then reach the galley. The galley has recently had new granite units put in. To your left, you have a 12v fridge/freezer next to the 4 hob, gas oven. To your right of the kitchen, you have plenty of under-counter storage space for food and kitchen essentials. And above storage for cups and glasses. There is a decent-sized kitchen sink and draining board.
Hot water is supplied by a gas boiler located on the far wall of the galley.
The flooring throughout this area is laminate which was laid last year. There are two access hatches in the floors to the hull of the boat.
<span;>The gas locker is larger enough to accommodate two gas bottles/
<span;>The tug locker easily accommodates up to 8 bags of coal and a honda generator and is situated above the water tank.
<span;>A full water tank holds enough water to last 2 – 3 weeks, if careful with water consumption for 2 people. The Stainless steel tank was purposed built for the boat and is built to the sweeping hull shape to gain maximise water capacity.
As we enter the engine room the bathroom is situated to the left hand side. The shower has recently had the walls re-lined and is powered by the boiler located in the galley.
The toilet is a cassette toilet.
Sultans has quite a roomie engine room, with plenty of room for storage.
It accommodates a Lister HA£, which is an easy key start engine. There is a main tank and a day tank for the engine.
The engine has traditional controls, with a speed wheel and gear lever.
The engine was replaced in March 2022, where she originally had an AS3 in. The new engine in place is the Lister HA£ which is a refurbished engine. Along with this the engine has had new bed, and a new 27 x 22 propeller also fitted. She has done under 100 hours since having the engine put in, and we also have the full manual for this engine.
The engine room has all the main electrics. Sultan accommodates both 12V and 240V, with 1 Solar panel and 2 domestic batteries (brought in 2019). There is also a plug for shoreline power located in the engine room.
Please note the ceiling woodwork still needs to be put back up, since it was removed to take the roof off to lower the engine in.
<span;>Leaving the engine room you come to Sultans back cabin. It is a traditional back cabin with a fold down bed, the size of a double bed.
There is plenty of storage in the back cabin, with storage under the side bed, under the main bed cupboard, above the bed, and the drop-down table cupboard.
There is also a second range located in the back cabin for additional heating.
