TOWPATH CLOSURE (8am Monday 27 November until 5pm Friday 22 December 2023)
Please be advised that third-party contractors will be onsite between bridge 39, Chapel House Bridge and bridge 42, Appley bridge on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
The third-party contractors will be carrying out towpath surface improvements.
For the safety of our customers the towpath will remain closed. Barriers and diversion routes will be in place.
Please take note of the signage and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors onsite.
