Bridge 20, Coxhead Swing Bridge
Update on 15/11/2023:
We are pleased to advise our contractors have successfully repaired the barrier at Bridge 20, Coxhead Swing Bridge on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal and navigation has resumed.
Our contractors will be returning next week to carry out further works to reinforce the barrier.
NAVIGATION CLOSURE (2pm Monday 13 November 2023 until further notice)
Please be advised navigation is currently closed at Coxhead Bridge, on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal due to high winds the barrier has blown off .
Our local team have been informed and are on their way to site.
An update will be provided Wednesday 15 November.
