Lock 14, Newark Nether Lock
Update on 09/11/2023:
Our electrical engineers have repaired Nether Lock and boaters can now operate it as normal.
Update on 07/11/2023:
Nether lock on the River Trent is still out of action.
The recent flooding as caused issues with the electrics and there is still too much water to safely carry out the necessary repairs.
This will be reassessed again later in the week and we will update this notice by Friday 10th November or sooner if we have further information.
