NAVIGATION CLOSURE (Monday 2 October 2023 until further notice)

We are currently experiencing low water levels on the Trent & Mersey between Derwent Mouth Lock and Shardlow lock. This is due to gate paddles being left open which has allowed water to drain from the pound.

The local team is carrying out water management to return levels to normal, however this may take some time.

We will update the website with further information by Tuesday 3rd October.
