The fallen tree has now been removed and boaters can proceed as normal.
RESTRICTION (4pm Friday 29 September 2023 until further notice)
A fallen tree is blocking the winding hole near to Cuttle Brook, Weston-On-Trent on the Trent and Mersey Canal.
We have arranged for contractors to be on site early in the week, commencing Monday 2nd October to remove.
An update will be posted by 5pm, Wednesday 4th October, or as soon as more information is received.
