Update on 28/08/2023:
Lift bridge 221 repaired and now operational.

NAVIGATION CLOSURE (8.30pm Monday 28 August 2023 until further notice)
Due to a mechanical/electrical defect bridge 221 is currently inoperable.
The bridge stopped working halfway through its operational cycle.
Canal navigation is closed and the bridge can not be used by vehicles or pedestrians at this time.
Our Mechanical and electrical engineering team are working to identify the defect and get the bridge operational as soon as possible.
