We are pleased to advise towpath access has resumed between Field View Footbridge and Bridge 2F, Pennington Street Footbridge, Litherland on the Leeds & Liverpool canal.
TOWPATH CLOSURE (11.30am Tuesday 22 August 2023 until further notice)
Please be advised the towpath between Field View Footbridge and Bridge 2F, Pennington Street Footbridge, Litherland on the Leeds & Liverpool canal is currently closed due a police incident at Bridge 2J, New Road Bridge A5036.
An update will be provided tomorrow, Wednesday 23 August.
