Billing Downstream Canoe Portage and Lower Wellingborough
NAVIGATION CLOSURE (Monday 21 August 2023 until rescinded)
Please be advised of the below works taking place on Monday 21st August.
Contractors will be completing works at Lower Wellingborough. There may be a short
period of disruption so please follow Contractor instructions during this time.
Contractors will be repairing the downstream canoe portage at Billing. This structure is
currently closed until the repair has been confirmed.
