Islip Lock
Update on 14/8/2023:
The Emergency Closure Notice issued on Saturday 12 August regarding the power outage at Islip Lock has now been rescinded, and the lock is back in operation.
EMERGENCY CLOSURE (until further notice)
We have been informed of a power outage (national grid failure) at Islip lock. The contractors will inform us as soon as power is resumed.
This notice will be rescinded once the lock is fully operational again.
