Cawood Bridge – unable to swing from 04.08.23 – 06.08.23
Update on 07/08/2023:
North Yorkshire Council have advised that the resurfacing work at Cawood Bridge is completed and the Bridge is operational again.
RESTRICTION (6am Friday 4 August until 6pm Sunday 6 August 2023)
North Yorkshire Council have advised that due to essential road surfacing work planned between 04.08.23 to 06.08.23, inclusive, Cawood Bridge will be unable to swing for river traffic during that period.
These planned works may be cancelled and rescheduled due to weather conditions, at short notice.
We will update the notice once the work has been completed.
