Bridge 5 – Trent St Road
RESTRICTION (Tuesday 6 June 2023)
Third party contractors, AMEY working on behalf of Nottingham City Council, will be carrying out an inspection on Bridge 5, Trent Street on the Nottingham and Beeston Canal on Tuesday 6th June.
The bridge inspection will either be undertaken from a small pontoon with aluminium scaffold tower, or from an inflatable rib type vessel.
There may be delays of up to 30 minutes for passing craft to allow contractors to move their pontoon if it is restricting the navigation.
Please follow any instructions on site. Contactors will also provide towpath banksman to safely manage the passage of towpath users during operations.
