RESTRICTION (8am Monday 5 June until 4pm Friday 23 June 2023)
Our Reactive Response team will be undertaking waterway wall repairs to the offside wall from Gorse Farm to Spouthouse Aqueduct on the Tame Valley Canal. To facilitate these works, the team will be installing a 25m horse shoe fabric cofferdam which will be restricting the navigation to one way passage past the dam.
We kindly ask boaters to pass the dam on tick over to minimise the risk of disturbing the dam and prolonging the works.
Please be advised the North side of towpath will be closed while these works are taking place. The South side of the towpath will remain open.
