Please be advised third-party divers will be in the canal between Bridge 123L, Tower Wharf and Lock 1,Northgate Bottom Lock on the Shropshire Union canal to carry out an under and above water inspection to third party owned Railway bridge.
Whilst navigation will remain open, we politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop to allow the pontoon and equipment to be moved out the way for safe passage.
We anticipate a wait of no longer than 30 minutes. Please listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors and take note of the signage onsite.
