Fallen tree has been cleared. Boaters can now proceed as normal.
RESTRICTION (Tuesday 11 April 2023 until further notice)
There is a fallen tree on the offside between Bottom Half Mile lock 26 and Top Half Mile lock 25 on the Leicester line of the Grand Union Canal.
The tree is partially blocking the navigation. Narrowboats will be able to pass, but widebeams may not.
The local team expect to remove the tree tomorrow and we will then update the website.
