Nesting Swans at Sandhill Lock – Towpath users

There is currently a nesting swan present just upstream of Sandhill Lock, who is very protective over her young and may be aggressive if approached.
Could towpath users approach the area with caution and do not approach the swan and to keep as much distance as possible as not to aggravate or upset the swan in her maternal settings.
