ADVICE (8am Wednesday 5 April until 6pm Friday 7 April 2023)
Please be advised of mooring restrictions at Chester Basin between Wednesday 5 April and Friday 7 April 2023 to facilitate historic boats travelling to the Historic Boat Gathering at Ellesmere Port over Easter.
The following restrictions will be in place to accommodate the event:
Moorings will be restricted at Tower Wharf visitor moorings between these dates.
The mooring restriction will be in force for all boats except for those attending the event.
Mooring outside of this area is unaffected.
Please consider this when cruising through the suspension as it may be busier than usual once the boats are in position. Navigation and towpath remain fully open.
