Lock 1 Sowerby Bridge
RESTRICTION (4pm Thursday 16 March 2023 ntil further notice)
Due to a deterioration on the lock footpath we have had to close off the Bridge on Lock 1, along with the footpath area surrounding it. A temporary fence has been set up to avoid the area where the cobbles are unstable. Please avoid walking in this area. Access to the wharf is available from the bridge towards the Tunnel on the Lock 2.
