Update on 09/08/2023:
The work to the hand dryer has now been completed.
Update on 02/06/2023:
The Trent Lock Customer Service Facility has now been re-opened as the improvement works have been completed.
Please note: the hand dryer and frost protection heater will be attended to and completed next week. (An update on this will be posted on Friday 9th June).
Update on 23/05/2023:
The improvement works at Trent Lock Customer Service Facility continue.
The Elsan is now working and can be used. All other works required to the facility block will be completed by Friday 2nd June and we will then update the website.
Update on 05/05/2023:
The improvement works at Trent Lock CSF continue.
We aim to have the Elsan disposal point completed and accessible by the 19th May 2023, with the full job completed by the 2nd June 2023.
We will update the website again on the 19th May with more information.
Update on 11/04/2023:
The extensive refurbishment work at Trent Lock Customer Service Facilities continues and is now expected to be completed by the 1st May 2023.
We apologise for the inconvenience this delay to the original timeframe may cause
ADVICE (Thursday 16 February 2023 until further notice)
We are pleased to inform you that essential refurbishment works will commence at Trent Lock Customer Service Facility on the 16th February. The facility will be closed to customers whilst it is completely stripped down and refurbished.
We do not yet have a completion date, but this notice will be updated on the 1st March once we have more information.
Please note that the Elsan will remain in use for the time being until we begin work on its refurbishment. We will update this notice once we have a confirmed date for this work to begin.
