Update on 12/12/2022:
Our engineers have attended the site, re-piped the burst area and lagged pipework.
Facility should now be functional.

Please be advised that the Elsan at the Customer Service Facilities at Lock 7, Long Buckby is not working due to a burst pipe.
Our engineers have been informed and will attend asap, however, we have been advised that the response time may be affected by the bad weather.
