Lock 32, Higherland Lock
Update on 16/01/2023:
The repairs were carried out this morning and the lock is open for passage.
Update on 13/01/2023:
Due to work overrunning the lock will remain closed till Sunday the 15th.
No passage will be possible over the weekend.
Update on 09/01/2023:
The lock will be closed from 09/01/2023 to facilitate the undertaking of repair work.
No passage will be available to boaters until further notice.
Update on 06/12/2022:
Due to operational issues with the lock, we will be only able to enable passage through the lock at restricted times.
There will be a passage available today (6/12/22) between 1pm and 2pm
Then every Saturday 11am until 1pm until further notice,
Booking is not required.
RESTRICTION (4pm Saturday 3 December until 9am Monday 5 December 2022)
Due to operational issues with the lock, we will be only able to enable passage through the lock at restricted times.
Passage through the lock will be between 13:00- 14:00 on Sunday 4th December.
No further passages will be possible
