We are pleased to advise our local team has been able to successfully repair Lock 82, Great Ancoats Street on the Rochdale canal whilst onsite today and navigation has resumed.
NAVIGATION CLOSURE (2.15pm Friday 25 November 2022 until further notice)
Please be advised navigation is closed at Lock 82, Great Ancoats Street on the Rochdale canal due to damage caused to the lock gate.
Our team are on their way to site to further investigate and will endeavour to repair over the weekend period.
An update will be provided Monday 28 November.
