TOWPATH CLOSURE (5pm Friday 25 November until 5pm Friday 16 December 2022)
The towpath between Bridges 87 and 88 on the Coventry Canal will be closed for an additional period of 2 weeks to allow re-construction of the towpath surfacing.
This section of the towpath has been closed since 31st October 2022 to allow emergency construction works of a failed culvert beneath the canal at this location. Construction works are progressing well, but this additional time is required due to delays posed by the extraordinary wet weather we have experienced over the past month.
