We are pleased to advise that the works have been completed ahead of schedule
RESTRICTION (8am Monday 5 September until 6pm Monday 26 September 2022)
Please be advised third party contractors will be onsite at Bridge 1, Stanley Lift bridge on the Peak Forest Canal.
The third party contractors, working for the gas company will be refurbishing the existing overhead gas pipe using a temporary scaffold.
Whilst the towpath and navigation will remain open, we politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to wait for a short time if necessary.
Please take note of the signage and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third party contractors onsite.
