RESTRICTION (8am Monday 5 September until 5pm Friday 9 September 2022)
Diving operations (5 men dive team) will be at Wyrley & Essington Canal with the purpose of pre dam inspection of 600m length of canal wall, from Goscote Hall Bridge to Goscote Works Bridge along the southwest bank of the canal for a condition survey.
The diving contractors are Red7 Inshore Diving Limited (RED7), and the client is Onsite Central Ltd. Access/egress into/from water will be by low level bank and low freeboard inflatable boat.
Warning signs and banksman will be utilised to manage canal traffic. We kindly remind boating customers to follow signage and directions given on site. Please take extra care when passing through this area.
