The tree has been removed and the section between Bellfurrows Lock and Nicholsons Bridge is open for passage.

**Update on location***A tree from an adjacent landowners land has come down across the navigation between Bellfurrows Lock and Nicholsons Bridge.
Though there is room under the tree, the condition of the tree is dead and any passage underneath is deemed unsafe.
The landowner is making plans to recover the tree, and we will update the notice once the tree is recovered and the navigation can then re open.
