WOMEN are paid on average 3.9% more than men at the Canal & River Trust according to its latest Gender Pay Gap Statement.
Chief executive Richard Parry said: “The Trust is committed to gender equality across all aspects of our employment, including pay. I am pleased to present our pay information in a transparent and accessible way.”
The Trust’s Gender pay Gap Statement shows the gender pay gap and bonus gap at the Canal & River Trust at the ‘snapshot date’ – ie April 6, 2019 (pay) and in the 12 months reference period to April 6, 2019 (bonus).
