Join the Friends of Gloucester Waterways Museum for the second in their 2019 series of talks.
David Viner from the Canal & River Trust will be talking about The Gloucester and Sharpness Canal – Past, Present and Future.
Many people see this canal regularly, but few are aware of how it is run, the problems involved in keeping it running and how its future is envisaged.
The event takes place on Tuesday, February 26, 7.30pm to 9pm, at the National Waterways Museum, Gloucester, Llanthony Warehouse, Gloucester Docks.
Talks are free to Friends of the Gloucester Waterways Museum and £2 to the general public.
Talks take place regularly on Tuesdays at 7.30pm on Sabrina 5 at the museum.
