We are pleased to advise the repair to Bridge 36, Spencers Swing Bridge on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal has been successful and navigation has resumed.
NAVIGATION CLOSURE (9.15am Monday 21 February 2022 until further notice)
Please be advised navigation is closed at Bridge 36, Spencers Swing Bridge on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal due a damaged barrier caused by the recent storms. Our contractors have been informed and will be on site as soon as safely possible to repair the damaged barrier.
An update will be provided Wednesday, 23 February.
