ADVICE (8am Tuesday 8 February until 5pm Sunday 13 February 2022)

Please be advised that Third Party Contractors working for Cadent Gas will be onsite between  lock 51, Bottom Lock and Aqueduct 35, Swinden Aqueduct 142A on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal to repair a gas main pipeline within the grass verge.   

Whilst the navigation and towpath remain open, we politely request customers to approach the area with caution, take note of any warning signs and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third party contractors on site.
