Bridge 89, Picketfield (Railway)
ADVICE (8am-6pm Friday 11 February 2022)
Please be advised that contractors working on behalf of Network Rail will be undertaking an inspection of the railway bridge from a motorised floating pontoon.
The canal will remain open and there will be lookouts in place to warn of any approaching craft.
The pontoon will be retracted from beneath the bridge when necessary to allow safe passage.
