THE Canal & River Trust has published its latest Gender Pay Gap Statement. The document, available to view on the Trust’s website, shows that on average women are paid 2.6% more than men at the Trust.
Richard Parry, chief executive at the Canal & River Trust, said: “The Trust is committed to gender equality across all aspects of our employment, including pay. I am pleased to present our pay information in a transparent and accessible way.”
The Trust’s Gender pay Gap Statement shows the gender pay gap and bonus gap at the Canal & River Trust at the “snapshot date” – i.e. 6 April 2018 (pay) and in the 12 months reference period to 6 April 2018 (bonus).
