ANGLO Welsh Waterway Holidays are providing a narrowboat as a support boat for the Swim for Heroes 200-mile sponsored continuous swim along the Thames starting on 19 August at Ashton Keynes.

Swim for Heroes is a charity supporting British servicemen and women injured on duty.
A team of eight will start a 200-plus sponsored swim, swimming continuously for three-four days down the whole non-tidal section of the River Thames, finishing at Twickenham.
